Strike One Word - "Apparently"

A long, long time ago, it was noted that the Richardson Coalition appeared to be in violation of the election code, 254.031 (a) (1) and 254.031 (a) (6).  We, we can remove the “apparent” now.

The Texas Ethics Commission reached a settlement with the treasurer of the Richardson Coalition.

There will be no harm, no foul with his “Assurance of Voluntary Compliance”.
