Thanks for embarrassing your city, your family and putting all the blame on others for cheating on your husband and lying to your neighbors and screwing our city from being able to elect a new mayor.
Ruh Roy!! So her husband doesn't help with child support???? Another blatant lie - is anyone going to believe someone who cheated on her husband, lied to her neighbors and lied to her kids?
I keep seeing references to Section 8. Is it true that Palisades is planned for government subsidized rent to low income families - or is this just rhetoric?
Typical conditions for housing projects seeking Federal funding include a percentage of "affordable housing", which is code for Section 8. It will open with market based rentals but quickly decline over time. As section 8 apartments get torn down in Uptown, those residents will fill these areas up b/c of the good schools (look at Spring Valley/Northwood). In 10 years, it will be a slum - maybe sooner if the market tanks and the owner goes through a foreclosure.
No city can prevent any residents from leasing, so they will fill up with multiple family members just to take advantage of the schools. The decline of the area is inevitable. Cityline will always have more of an uptown feel due to the proximity of light rail and good jobs. The palisades office buildings are already class c buildings.
