  1. The city is about to come at you with a $55 million bond election this year for a new public safety facility. That's a needed item, but it wouldn't need to be a matter of such indebtedness if they hadn't done this deal...literally in bed with the developer. The sad and twisted thing about this is that the council thinks it's a wonderful thing. These guys have to go!

    1. Could you explain how a project that will increase net revenue to the city, even after incentives are factored in, causes the city to borrow more for a new public safety facility. Thanks.

    2. The city will spend millions more on public safety when the palisades becomes an Ebola laden slum - thanks to our slutty, gold digging ex mayor who jumped into the sack with Mark the Meal Ticket

  2. DMN is doing a good job covering this, and and they are saving the story about Laura trading sex for zoning until later - they are getting all the info about the "girls trip", liason in the van, the "DART trips" and everything else to have a blockbuster story.

Rumor has it that Mark's lenders/partners are getting a little nervous about all the scrutiny

    1. Don't they know it comes to a bad end. I remember former mayor Slagel getting fired from TI for having sex on his desk. Yuck. Just that mental image makes me cringe. Go figure.

  3. Anyone associated with this mess, especially the dirty dog perpetrators, should be getting very nervous with all the media attention. There appears to be a clear violation of the honest services fraud doctrine at play here. In essence, federal courts have recognized 2 main areas involving the public sector where a scheme or artifice to deprive another (i.e. taxpayers) of the intangible right of honest services with an intent to defraud and in violation of one's fiduciary responsibility in order to derive personal benefit constitutes a Honest Services Fraud violation: 1) BRIBERY; and/or 2) FAILURE TO DISCLOSE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, RESULTING IN PERSONAL GAIN. Furthermore, anyone who is aware of this scheme and either covers it up, or fails to report it, is guilty of MISPRISION OF FELONY. I suggest whomever has knowledge or information come forward and report what they know about this matter to the proper legal authorities. Looks much better than getting hauled away in hand-cuffs on the 6:00 p.m. local news.

    1. Mascara doesn't really that the lies are already done - the fact she won't turn over personal texts after Feb 18th while she was boning Jordan who was negotiating a $47MM deal w city staff....

      - she's toast, whoever goes to the FBI first will get a probated sentence....that's the prisoner's dilemma that she put herself in when she took her panties off

    2. When Jordan isn't boning the 50 year old "has been" Mayor, here is what Mascara and Jordan are thinking about right now.......

  4. Good advice 2:42 PM. But, these clowns are just arrogant enough that they'll sit tight, hoping all of this blows over. It ain't blowing over guys and some of you are going to get to do the "perp walk" on the news for your arrogance and thievery.

  5. No one's going to jail over this, not Laura and not the other council members. There will be no proof that any of this was done for personal gain.

    1. The FBI loves public corruption cases - they have endless resources - just the threat they pose is enough to make any politician "settle" to avoid spending their life in prison...

If the FBI can take down General Petraeus, they won't have any problems with a mayor that gets humped by the first developer with a bulge in his front pocket...

  6. That's if all of the rats keep their mouths shut and tails between their legs. All it takes is one person. Let's hope and pray that there is one involved individual with a smidgeon of honesty, ethics, morals, and religious values who will come forward with the "smoking gun" needed to prosecute these kleptocorruptocraps.

  7. Oh Yes... I wish I could find someone to pay for my house renovations, find me a new job which I'm under qualified for, give me a mega signing bonus at the new job, along with spoiling me with lavish vacations. Well only in Richardson. The rotten stinch coming from city hall is now moving to an office building at the Palisades. You can't make up a story as sorry as this up. Good riddance You have been the biggest disgrace this city has ever seen. Anyone who supports your decisions and abilities as a mayor should seek mental health.

    1. Anon 5/19 @ 5:00 PM: If you have solid knowledge or information on her receiving any kind of financial benefit for home renovations, signing bonus or out of market salary, please speak to the FBI about it. That's exactly what they're looking for and it will help them make cases on these folks. Once they have one subject locked down, they'll get the others too. Simple principle of no honor among thieves.

    2. One of the agents can be contact at 972-559-5553. His name is Andrew Walton.

    3. Walton is a bad ass, special agent. He is the type that loves taking down crooked doctors and scum politicians who trade extramarital sex for zoning votes.

What Mascara and Meal Ticket Mark don't realize is that the FBI already has the goods - their continued coverup will be more damaging to them as they figure out which dirty, two timing rat leaves the ship first.

  8. What she said:

“FYI … And FTR, good thing I had such a fun afternoon yesterday.

What she meant: I loved screwing your brains out....

What she said: Because last night the prairie creek mob hit me hard!

What she meant: I don't give a sh*t about all those old geezers in Prairie Creek - as long as we screwing and you support me financially, I will vote against them.

You were probably enjoying barbecue and chillaxing. I was taking bullets for you! :-)”

What she meant: I will screw you and my neighbors anytime, anywhere for sex and money.

  9. Maybe Walton can explain why FBI Supervisory Agent John Skilsted refused to investigate an extensive list of corruption and targeting of citizens looking to expose corruption in the city. This included such matters as the cost overruns at the Eichmann Center (with documents held in the city attorney's private office), bribery and honest service doctrine matters involving the Gatalyn Park development, huge ongoing sweeps of government funds that cannot be accounted for, overtime fraud and theft involving the police, fire, and parks departments, and racketeering, criminal real estate fraud, honest services doctrine violations, bribery, and theft involving the EOB development.
