As if having a $20,878,552 tax abatement is not good enough, here to go along with that tax abatement is a sign. Apply at city hall to get your own exemption sign!
Maybe the sign can be swipped and planted in any yard as there is no name printed on it |
The benefits of this having this sign include being able to water the concrete drive and sending water down the storm drain as indicated in the following picture take Sunday morning.
Maybe they need some draught tolerate grass? |
Try doing this on your street |
Didn't you know that's why ‘we’ (as in the rest of us) are in Stage 2 water restrictions… so ‘they’ (the city) can water at will….
ReplyDeleteWe are at stage 3.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the golf course at the country club needs water.
ReplyDeleteWhy should the city be any different than its citizens when it comes to watering? One day a week is good enough for us. What is good for the goose is good for the gander
ReplyDeleteI think you misunderstand. The City, UTD, and some businesses have more irrigated land than can be watered in a single day. An exemption can be applied for and granted to allow watering over multiple days. The exemption still limits any particular irrigation zone to one day of watering per week - just like the rest of us geese.
DeleteWell, I have more lawn than I can water when I'm out of town on watering days. Can I get an exemption so I can water when I am in town after missing my watering day?
DeleteI have a friend that knows about the Cedar Creek Country Club grounds maintenance. It is 200+ acres and needs to be watered every day. 700,000 gallons of water a day…. A couple million gallons a month. Water rationing??
ReplyDeleteWhere is Cedar Creek CC?
