Who Else Would Like This Sign for Their Yard?

As if having a $20,878,552 tax abatement is not good enough, here to go along with that tax abatement is a sign. Apply at city hall to get your own exemption sign!

Maybe the sign can be swipped and planted

PD (Planned Development) Versus Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances

OK, right or wrong, here is my take on it....

Last Monday the city council approved changes to Planned Development rules. These changes, among other things, will remove the minimum 10 acre requirement for it to be considered a Planned Developments.  It also removed the requirement for a Conceptual Drainage Plan. One other change will be to remove the density requirement of 12 units per acre. He comes NY City or Detroit type living.

Traffic Calming Study - A.K.A. Richardson Supporting the Auto Repair Industry

Last year about this time, Dumont had its own version of speed bumps, more commonly know as pot-holes. What a difference a year makes!

Dumont was redone from Central to Weatherred and has been a very nice road to drive on since the repairs. At least is was nice to drive on until late last week.

HumperDinks Gone, Alamo Draft House Coming

It seems one of the spots for Richardson City Council’s roving quorums, Humperdinks, is going out of business in Richardson. After 22 years, they are shutting their doors.

Something Might Be Wrong with the TEA Party ...

... when they can't see past religion.

It seems that Cathie Adams, President of the Texas Eagle Forum, only sees Muslims as sneaky and evil. Apparently, all of "them" are sneaky and evil according to her.
